Job Summary:

Data Architecture Lead/Solution Architect

We are seeking a seasoned data architect to lead our SAP Datasphere implementation and integration with enterprise systems. This individual will be responsible for designing and implementing an end-to-end solution architecture that enables seamless data flow across systems.

  • This includes migrating existing data warehouses to Datasphere, integrating with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and SAP S/4HANA, and leveraging 3rd party sources such as Snowflake and Databricks.

The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of experience in data warehousing, data integration, and analytics, with a strong background in SAP Datasphere (or early adopters with strong BW/4HANA to Datasphere migration experience).

In addition to technical expertise, this role requires excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills to collaborate effectively with CXOs, business stakeholders, and IT teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Migrate existing data warehouses to Datasphere and integrate with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and SAP S/4HANA
  • Design and implement an end-to-end solution architecture that enables seamless data flow across systems
  • Leverage 3rd party sources such as Snowflake and Databricks
  • Collaborate with CXOs, business stakeholders, and IT teams to define a scalable data roadmap
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams
  • Ensure performance optimization, best practices, and reusable frameworks for data pipelines
  • Stay updated on SAP BTP innovations, AI/ML integration, and advanced analytics
Required Skills & Experience:
  • 12+ years in data warehousing, data integration, and analytics
  • Minimum 8+ years hands-on experience in SAP Datasphere (or early adopters with strong BW/4HANA to Datasphere migration experience)
  • Strong expertise in SAP BW/4HANA, HANA modeling, SQL, and data architecture
  • Proven experience in enterprise-scale data strategy and transformation programs
  • Familiarity with SAP BTP services, APIs, and cloud integration
  • Strong knowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and BI reporting tools
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
