Senior Backend Engineer

We are seeking a talented software engineer to join our team. This is a high-impact role that requires strong technical skills and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include:
  • Developing server-side logic and maintaining the central database.
  • Ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end.
  • Writing clean, high-quality, high-performance and maintainable code.
  • Solving complex technical problems and developing highly scalable and performant backend systems based on event-driven architecture.
  • Building robust, secure and scalable microservices.
  • Splitting features into tasks and designing the backend architecture and its evolution.
  • Performing an objective analysis of the problem statement and coming up with an unbiased technical solution before writing a single line of code.

Requirements:
  • 3 years of experience in software development with strong expertise in Golang.
  • Overall 6 years of experience in software development with a strong base and framework expertise in Java, Go or Python.
  • Basic working knowledge of frontend technologies.
  • Experience with frameworks like Springboot, Quarkus, Gin Mux.
  • Experience in working with microservice architectures, transactional systems and distributed environments.
  • Exposure in building RESTful APIs with monitoring, fault tolerance and metrics.
  • Proficient in OOP, SQL, Design Patterns and data modeling experience in Relational databases.
  • Proficient in building GraphQL APIs and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
