Validation Lead Position

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead validation efforts at our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and Implement Validation Strategies: Ensure the quality and reliability of products throughout the development lifecycle by establishing and executing validation plans, protocols, and procedures in compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
  2. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with development, quality assurance, and other teams to define validation requirements and priorities.
  3. Oversee Validation Activities: Execute IQ/OQ/PQ, software validation, and process validation, ensuring thoroughness and accuracy. Review and approve test scripts based on objective evidence and ensure test adherence is followed as per testing standards.
  4. Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Perform risk assessments and develop risk mitigation strategies to address potential product risks related to validation.
  5. Continuous Improvement: Drive initiatives to enhance validation processes, streamline workflows, and increase efficiency.
  6. Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors and contractors as needed for validation testing services.
  7. Documentation and Traceability: Ensure end-to-end documentation and traceability of validation activities.
  8. Reporting and Communication: Provide regular updates and reports on validation activities to Quality Assurance (IT-QA), senior management, and stakeholders.
  9. Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of validation analysts, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to ensure their professional growth and development.

Minimum 6 years of experience required for this role.

Preferred qualifications include a bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
