About the Role

As a Senior Inside Sales Manager at BigCity Promotions, you will be responsible for leading a team of business development executives to achieve sales goals. This is a unique opportunity to utilize your skills and experience to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Development & Sales Strategy:
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to identify, target, and set up new meetings with clients for the business development team.
    • Oversee cold calling, client outreach, and client meetings to ensure effective sales conversions for the team.
    • Support the business development executives in client presentations and achieving meeting targets.
    • Track industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations.
  • Team Leadership & Management:
    • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of business development executives to achieve sales goals.
    • Conduct regular team meetings to track performance, provide training, and ensure alignment with business goals.
    • Establish clear KPIs and sales targets for each team member, and monitor progress regularly.
    • Integrate client feedback and team input to drive improvements in products and services.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Collaborate closely with the marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure effectiveness in reach outs.
    • Ensure that the team is well-equipped to handle all client inquiries and requests efficiently.
  • Reporting & Performance Tracking:
    • Regularly report on team performance, client pipeline, and achieved results to senior management.
    • Analyze sales metrics and adjust strategies as necessary to meet and exceed quarterly and annual targets.
    • Ensure that all CRM data is up-to-date, and sales processes are followed for efficient workflow.
