Site Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced site development manager to oversee civil engineering projects from initiation to completion.

  • Oversee construction site work on a daily basis
  • Manage material procurement and vendor relationships
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are met
  2. Develop project plans and schedules
  3. Provide technical guidance to construction teams
Requirements:
  • Degree in civil engineering or related field
  • Expertise in civil engineering design and construction
  • Strong collaboration and teamwork skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Experience with construction site management and regulatory compliance
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license is advantageous

Responsibilities include creating detailed project plans, conducting regular site visits, managing budgets, and overseeing the installation of necessary infrastructure.
