Key Roles and Responsibilities

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our organization in the position of Data Centric Tester - TDM Lead.

  • Design, implement, and maintain test data management strategies to support enterprise-wide testing initiatives.
  • Configure and manage Informatica TDM/Data Masking tools to create, subset, and mask sensitive data across environments.
  • Analyze source systems and identify Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and other sensitive data that require masking.
  • Implement data obfuscation to ensure compliance with data privacy and regulatory standards.
  • Work with stakeholders to understand test data requirements and deliver fit-for-purpose datasets for functional, integration, performance, and UAT testing.
  • Optimize test data provisioning processes to improve testing efficiency and reduce cycle times.
  • Collaborate with DBAs, developers, testers, and compliance teams to ensure alignment on data handling practices.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot issues with TDM solutions and provide timely resolutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • Bachelor's/master's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in Test Data Management, Data Governance, or Data Engineering.
  • Hands-on experience with Informatica Data Masking (TDM, ILM) tools.
  • Knowledge of Informatica Data Engineering Integration (DEI), Informatica Data Quality (IDQ), PowerCenter for ETL integration with TDM.
  • Experience with static and dynamic data masking across RDBMS, files, and applications.
  • Proficiency in data sub-setting, synthetic data generation, cloning, and archiving using Informatica tools.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and data security in cloud environments is a plus.
