Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a senior technical consultant. As part of this role, you will utilize your technical expertise and business acumen to deliver impactful solutions in Oracle HCM Cloud.

  • 8+ years of experience in technical development, specifically in US and Canada Payroll.
  • Strong writing skills in Fast Formula development and payroll area expertise for US and Canada region.
  • Development and support for payroll data extracts, RTF template updates, BIP, OTBI, and SQL/PL SQL tuning.
  • Experience with HDL, HCM Extracts, SDLC, JIRA, and Payroll Balance Initializations and Adjustments for US and Canada localizations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather detailed technical requirements from the business and document them in technical specifications.
  • Unit testing and regression testing of RICE components.
  • Consult on requested technical changes, partnering with the team to determine best options for design decisions.
  • Analyze the impact of technical changes in Fast Formulas and lead meetings to resolve priority issues.
  • Ensure data integrity and governance by supporting large/complex data imports and extracts.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or relevant field.
  • Good knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM modules and Payroll area.
  • Strong communications skills (both verbal & written).
