Job Title

We are seeking a senior frontend developer to lead the development and architecture of modern web applications in eCommerce and product development contexts. This role involves hands-on leadership, strong technical skills, and effective communication with business stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience with headless JavaScript frameworks, HTML5, CSS3, REST APIs, and responsive design. They will be responsible for leading complex, scalable frontend applications using React.js, Next.js, Angular, TypeScript, and Node.js.

In addition to technical expertise, the selected candidate must possess excellent interpersonal and management skills. They will collaborate with backend and data teams to build integrated, performant user experiences and partner with business stakeholders to understand UI/UX requirements.

The successful candidate will direct the frontend team, conducting regular 1:1s, growth conversations, and performance reviews. They will also contribute to hiring strategies, interview processes, and candidate evaluation while promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in team building and day-to-day operations.

Requirements
  • 8+ years of frontend engineering experience with a focus on modern web stacks.
  • Hands-on expertise in React, ReactJS, Next.js, Angular, TypeScript, React, HTML5, CSS3, Node.js, JavaScript (ES6+), Redux, TailwindCSS, Webpack, Vite, and component libraries such as Material-UI, Ant Design, or Chakra UI.
  • A track record of delivering and owning large-scale production applications.
  • Experience in team leadership, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration.
