Key Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing Candidates: Assist in finding talented individuals through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Screening Resumes: Review applications to identify suitable candidates and match their skills with our company's needs.
  • Coordinating Interviews: Work closely with hiring managers to schedule and conduct interviews with top candidates.
  • Maintaining ATS: Update our applicant tracking system with candidate information and track progress throughout the hiring process.
  • Creating Job Posts: Assist in crafting compelling job descriptions and posting them on various platforms.
  • Recruitment Events: Participate in organizing and attending recruitment events and job fairs to attract top talent.
  • Onboarding Support: Assist in welcoming new hires and ensuring a smooth transition into our organization.
  • Recruitment Analysis: Analyze metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize our hiring processes.
Requirements:
  • Available for a full-time, in-office internship.
  • Available to start between October 21st and November 25th.
  • Available to commit to a duration of 6 months.
  • Will relocate to Noida and neighboring cities.
  • Possesses relevant skills and interests.
