This position plays a pivotal role in driving automation initiatives across the Alpha platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing automated testing strategies to improve quality, reduce risk, and enhance operational efficiency.

The successful candidate must have excellent verbal, written and presentation skills, and understand global portfolio management and financial servicing including portfolio construction, trading, compliance, and risk across all major asset classes.

  • Key Responsibilities:">
  • Manage and build testing automation programs using UiPath for both robotics and GenAI, as well as tools like JIRA.">
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to the Testing Center of Excellence (CoE), and support the shift-left testing approach to enable early defect detection and robust integration validation.">
  • Design, execute, and optimize automated testing strategies to improve quality, reduce risk, and enhance operational efficiency.">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have

">
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.">
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, globally structured, and team-based environment.">
  • Experience in agile methodology and tools (e.g., JIRA, Xray, Confluence) preferred.">
  • 5+ years of testing automation experience, 5+ years of financial and/or technology transformation experience, and 10-12 years of overall experience.">
  • A strong background in test automation and specifically, UiPath Test Suite.">
  • Experience working with both cloud native and on prem applications is required.">
