Job Title: Chief Financial Officer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain day-to-day Accounts of the business.
  • Facilitate liaison with banks for day-to-day banking operations.
  • Arrange Long Term and Short Term Funds from financial institutions, ensuring meeting company's requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, filing returns, tax payments, record maintenance under Companies Act 2013, Income Tax Act.
  • Establish and manage Internal Control Systems, procedures for the Company, ensuring adherence to Accounting Standards and Policies.
  • Attend Statutory Auditors, Internal Auditors, Tax Auditors meetings.
  • Represent the organization before Banks, Income Tax, VAT, Service Tax departments.
  • Provide Management with timely MIS reports as required.
  • Ensure preparation of accurate Monthly, Quarterly, Half-Yearly, Annual Financial Statements.
Requirements
  • Excellent financial management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Teamwork and effective communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Financial expertise is crucial for this role. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, be proficient in MS Office, and have excellent communication skills.
