About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished Application Engineer to join our team in Pune, with responsibility for supporting clients across the region. The ideal candidate will bridge engineering expertise with customer engagement, ensuring successful application of bioprocess equipment and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand process requirements and propose technical solutions.
  • Develop and deliver compelling technical presentations, demonstrations, and application notes.
  • Support sales teams in pre-sales discussions, RFQ responses, and proposal development.
  • Coordinate with design and manufacturing teams to align client requirements with engineered solutions.
  • Provide expert training and workshops for clients' process and engineering teams.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients in the region and provide feedback to internal teams on product improvements.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • B.E./B.Tech/M.Sc. in Biotechnology, Bioprocess Engineering, Mechanical, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in application engineering, process equipment, or biopharma services.
  • Deep knowledge of bioreactors, fermenters, CIP/SIP systems, and pharmaceutical manufacturing practices.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the region.
