Product Specialist

As a product specialist, you will collaborate with clients to comprehend their business needs and implement solutions using our products.
Key Responsibilities:- Demonstrate our products to customers and provide on-site installations and configurations.
- Assist delivery managers in project kickoff and planning, execution of UAT/SAT, and Installation Qualification protocol.
- Train end-users on product usage, installation of production builds, and database maintenance plan creation.
- Provide onsite support, customer call handling, and reproduce reported issues or test cases at offshore locations.
- Patch updating, installation of training, UAT, and production builds, execution of Operational Qualification, and support to customers on PQ execution.
- Interface configurations, execute test scripts, assist in internal validation of products, execute validation scripts, document issues and deviations of on-site validation, review validation outputs with customers, and prepare validation summary reports.
This role requires patience to listen and understand customer queries, good analytical and problem-solving skills, willingness to learn and quickly mingle with team members, flexibility to travel for implementation, and strong communication and oral skills.
