Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and customizing PLM solutions to meet business needs.

This role involves working with architects, concept owners, and business stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and customize PLM solutions to meet business needs
  • Teamcenter customization involving ITK, SOA, BMIDE, Rich client-side customization & Active Workspace
  • Configure and customize Teamcenter BMIDE, BOM Management, Workflows, Access control, Change Management, Dispatcher Configuration, CAD and ERP Integrations, and other Teamcenter modules
  • Review business needs/requirements, convert them into IT requirements, and assess PLM development efforts
  • Active role in discussing with concept owners, process owners to understand the business requirements
  • Assisting internal teams to create and maintain training materials for Engineering and PLM features
  • Collaborate and work with key stakeholders
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, or equivalent
  • Very good experience in Siemens Teamcenter PLM system with professional experience
  • Experience in Teamcenter Server and client (Active workspace and Rich client) customization
  • Good understanding of Teamcenter data model, Architecture, BMIDE
  • Experience in CAD & ERP integration with Teamcenter
  • Good understanding of CTO/ ETO processes, understanding of PLM eco system
  • Experience in CAD systems (preferably NX, SolidWorks, Inventor, AutoCAD, E3, Vertex) is an added advantage
  • You have an agile mindset and experience in agile working is an added advantage
  • Knowledge of Atlassian tools (Jira, bitbucket, etc.)
  • Fluent with both in written and spoken English
  • Good self-organizing skills to work independently on given tasks
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $100,000-$120,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
