Job Overview:

Dispatch Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Dispatch Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating stock-related queries and dispatch purposes.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of all orders.
  • Plan and manage dispatch schedules in collaboration with the department head.
  • Maintain minimum stock levels required for local dispatch as per the marketing plan.
  • Check material availability based on the dispatch list.
  • Verify orders received from the sales team.
  • Prepare packing lists for materials to be dispatched.
  • Ensure safe, accurate, timely, and efficient delivery of all orders while supporting drivers and dispatchers.
  • Maintain finished goods (FG) material stock.

  • Strong problem-solving skills.
