Enterprise Security Specialist

Our organization seeks an experienced professional to fill a pivotal role in ensuring the integrity of our SAP systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage SAP security projects, encompassing implementation, upgrades, and ongoing support.
  • Design, create, and maintain roles and authorizations for SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and SAP Fiori platforms.
  • Configure and administer GRC Access Control modules, including ARA, ARM, BRM, and EAM.
  • Analyze and address SoD risks in coordination with business and audit teams.
  • Collaborate with project teams to align security solutions with organizational needs.
  • Conduct periodic reviews of roles, user access, and provide audit support as required.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve security-related issues, ensuring compliance with established security standards.
  • Stay informed about the latest SAP security threats, patches, and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • At least 8 years of hands-on experience in SAP security and GRC Access Control.
  • Expertise in designing and redesigning roles for S/4HANA and ECC systems.
  • Experience with SAP GRC configuration and customization is essential.
  • Strong understanding of SoD, audit, and compliance requirements is crucial.
  • Familiarity with integrations to non-SAP systems and cloud platforms is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are required.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • SAP security or GRC certification is desirable.
  • Experience working in regulated industries (e.g., pharma, manufacturing) is beneficial.
