Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Data Analysis Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Risk Business Intelligence team, you will be responsible for measuring key servicing and risk metrics for the company. You will have the opportunity to solve complex problems in big data environments, provide meaningful insights, and drive implementable solutions.

About the Role:

  • You will work with extensive datasets to define and track essential KPIs that drive actionable insights for informed business decisions.
  • You will develop controls and monitoring dashboards to ensure performance against business goals, regulatory requirements, and business priorities.
  • You will architect and oversee the entire data infrastructure lifecycle, ensuring seamless automation of processes from end to end, efficiency, and accuracy.
  • You will lead or participate in ad-hoc projects and initiatives related to risk management, operations optimization, leveraging data-driven approaches to address specific business challenges or opportunities.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3 years of experience in analytics and data science.
  • High proficiency in Big Query, SQL, Python, and Excel.
  • Expertise in building interactive dashboards using visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI.
  • Comfortable with basic statistics, exhibit critical and analytical thinking, with a focus on problem-solving and attention to detail.
  • Experience in leading and delivering end-to-end Business Intelligence Solutions, requirement gathering, analyzing large, multi-dimensional data sets, and synthesizing insights into actionable solutions.
  • Industry experience in payments, e-commerce, or financial services is an advantage.
