Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and scale backend systems that power our AI-first workspace.
  • Develop APIs and services for real-time collaboration, persistent memory, and AI Experts/Skills.
  • Work closely with frontend, AI, and product teams to ship features at startup speed.
  • Optimize for scalability, performance, and security as we grow from dozens to thousands of users.
  • Contribute to architecture decisions that will shape the future of our company.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of backend development experience.
  • Strong understanding of databases, APIs, and distributed systems.
  • Builder mindset – you are excited to ship fast, learn from users, and iterate.
  • Passionate about AI, SaaS, and small teams.
  • Comfortable in a demanding, unstructured, and fast-paced environment.
