Visual Design Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Visual Design Specialist to join our team in creating engaging social content that educates millions on money management.

About the Role:
  • Create visually appealing Instagram carousels, reels covers, and short video graphics that resonate with our audience.
  • Develop YouTube thumbnails, story templates, creatives, and WhatsApp broadcast art that effectively communicate our message.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Social Content Creation: Conceptualize and design social media content that aligns with our brand guidelines and engages our audience.
  2. Visual System Ownership: Maintain and evolve our visual system, including typography, color palette, iconography, and illustration style, to ensure consistency across all platforms.
  3. Creative Concept to Execution: Translate complex money topics into clear, thumb-stopping visuals through data-informed design and implement creative concepts that meet campaign objectives.
  4. Collaboration & Asset Management: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign success and maintain a clean, searchable library of design files and templates.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 2-5 years of hands-on social design experience for consumer brands or media (finance/fintech preferred).
  • Portfolio: A strong portfolio of Instagram-first work (carousels, thumbnails, short-form graphics, data illustrations) that showcases your skills and creativity.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Figma and Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator); basic knowledge of After Effects/Premiere for motion graphics.
  • Languages: Fluency in English; working knowledge of Hinglish tone for culturally relevant posts.
