Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Quality Assurance Automation efforts.

  • Design and implement test automation frameworks for Salesforce and nCino applications, ensuring seamless integration and high-quality delivery of solutions.
  • Create, maintain, and execute automation test scripts for functional, regression, and integration testing, leveraging expertise in Salesforce testing frameworks and API testing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, driving alignment and ensuring successful project outcomes.
  • Perform end-to-end testing of nCino modules, including Loan Origination System (LOS), Credit Memo, Collateral, Covenant Tracking, Deposit Account Opening, and Workflow Automation, validating functionality and performance.
  • Ensure comprehensive test coverage across UI, API, data, and performance testing, identifying defects and driving resolution through effective issue management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 9+ years of QA experience, with at least 4+ years in Salesforce QA and nCino projects, coupled with strong knowledge of banking workflows and commercial lending processes.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce testing frameworks, API testing tools, and CI/CD pipelines, including Jenkins, Git, Bitbucket, Azure DevOps, or similar.
  • Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodology, collaboration, and communication, with a proven track record of mentoring junior QA team members and contributing to best practices in automation.
Preferred/Good-to-Have:
  • Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform App Builder) and nCino 201/301 certification.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and exposure to performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner).
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, with a Master's degree preferred but not required.
