Job Title: Salesforce Developer

CloudQ IT Services is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer to join our team. As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components (Aura, LWC).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components (Aura, LWC).
  • Design and implement Salesforce integration solutions using REST/SOAP APIs and MuleSoft.
  • Ensure smooth deployment processes using Salesforce DX, Change Sets, ANT Migration Tool, and third-party CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git, and Copado.
  • Manage version control systems including GitHub and Bitbucket for efficient collaboration and code management.
AI and Data Integration:
  • Develop AI-driven solutions using Python, focusing on vector databases like Pinecone and Chroma DB.
  • Implement and fine-tune AI chat models, including Gemini, ChatGPT4, and Claude, for various business applications.
  • Design and execute RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) frameworks and pipelines using LangChain and LlamaIndex.
  • Develop and optimize embedding models to enhance data processing and retrieval.
Collaboration:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders.
Continuous Learning and Improvement:
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Salesforce development, AI technologies, and integration patterns.
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to expand expertise, particularly in Docker.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Salesforce development with proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components (Aura, LWC).
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce integration patterns/tools (REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft).
  • Hands-on experience with deployment tools such as Salesforce DX, Change Sets, ANT Migration Tool, and third-party CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git, Copado).
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., GitHub, Bitbucket).
  • Proficiency in Python, including experience with virtual environments (venv) and vector databases (Pinecone, Chroma DB).
  • Familiarity with various AI chat models (Gemini, ChatGPT4, Claude).
  • Understanding of RAG frameworks and the RAG pipeline (LangChain, LlamaIndex).
  • Experience with embedding models and a keen interest in gaining experience with Docker.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
