Business Systems Leadership Opportunity

 

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Business Systems professional to lead our IT teams in designing, building, and delivering cutting-edge solutions. As a key team member, you will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and work with development teams to finalize solutions.

 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Working with stakeholders to gather and document requirements
  • Collaborating with development teams to design and implement solutions
  • Estimating development efforts and communicating timelines to stakeholders
  • Ensuring quality of deliverables and timely project completion
  • Managing direct-to-consumer development platforms
  • Providing technical insights to clients and solving technical queries for smooth onboarding
  • Communicating technical inputs to stakeholders during product discussions

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

A strong technical background in Java, Oracle, Docker, AWS, JBOSS is essential, along with excellent leadership qualities, including experience in team management, planning, and forecasting system capacity.

Ideal candidate should have a Master's degree in Business Administration or Engineering Degree in IT or allied fields, minimum 7+ years of relevant experience, flexibility to travel as needed, executive presence and assertiveness, self-starter ability to work independently, handle ambiguous situations, and exercise judgement in variety of situations.
