Technical Implementation Specialist

This role is pivotal to our organization's success, as it involves the end-to-end implementation of leading software platforms.

The selected candidate will work closely with our sales team to design and implement tailored solutions for our clients, ensuring seamless integration and a high level of customer satisfaction.

  • Design and implement integrations between software systems to meet client requirements.
  • Execute data migration plans, including cleansing, mapping, and validation of customer data and digital assets.
  • Configure software platforms according to client needs and implement necessary customizations.
  • Manage technical projects and implementations, ensuring timely completion and client satisfaction.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all implementation-related queries and concerns.
  • Create technical documentation, integration guides, and implementation runbooks to support clients.
  • Conduct thorough testing of implementations and integrations before go-live.
  • Provide post-implementation technical support and troubleshooting services.
Requirements

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in technical implementation of world-class software products.
  • Experience with CRM implementations and system integrations is highly preferred.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong understanding of cloud-based application architecture and deployment.
  • Experience with API integrations, webhooks, and data synchronization.
  • Knowledge of database management, data migration, and ETL processes.
  • Understanding of software application technical features and implementation challenges.
  • Familiarity with integration platforms and middleware solutions.
  • Basic scripting and automation skills.
