Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional individual to fill the role of AI Engineer in our innovative team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital part in shaping the future of real estate analytics through cutting-edge AI systems.

This position involves designing and implementing advanced Large Language Model (LLM) technologies, developing and optimizing prompt engineering architectures for real estate analytics, creating sophisticated context management and memory systems, and developing Chain of Thought based LLM reasoning algorithms.

  • Design and implement state-of-the-art agentic AI systems using Large Language Model (LLM) technologies
  • Develop and optimize prompt engineering architectures for real estate analytics
  • Create sophisticated context management and memory systems
  • Develop Chain of Thought based LLM reasoning algorithms
  • Develop pipelines in N8N, Ollama, Dify, Langchain and similar frameworks
  • Implement AI agent workflows and automation pipelines
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into our platform
  • Contribute to the development of machine learning-based price predictions and market analysis tools

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in LLM development and 5+ years of experience in software development
  • Strong expertise in LLM systems and their practical applications
  • Proven experience with prompt engineering and chain-of-thought implementations
  • Proficiency in Python or Typescript, with LLM frameworks
  • Understanding of tools such as Pytorch, CUDA, Ollama, N8N and model fine tuning is a plus
  • Solid understanding of NLP and machine learning concepts
  • Experience working with vector DBs and vector search

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with real estate analytics or marketing analytics or other analytics domains
  • Background in developing production-grade AI systems
  • Familiarity with AI agent architecture design
  • Knowledge of context and memory system development
  • Open-source contributions to AI/ML projects
