Job Overview

This is a senior engineering role that entails coordinating the calibration of commuter motorcycles in accordance with established model strategies. The primary focus will be on implementing relevant technologies to ensure timely delivery within specified quality parameters.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing correct calibration methodologies, as well as identifying and implementing technical solutions that meet defined targets.
  • A key aspect of this role will be ensuring the highest quality execution of all commuter motorcycle related calibration tasks.
  • The candidate will also be required to execute design of experiments (DOE) provided by expert engineers.
  • Furthermore, they will be responsible for implementing calibration projects through the application of relevant strategies.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree from a reputable institution in a relevant field such as engineering.
  • A minimum of five years of experience in calibration algorithms, electronic control systems, ABS calibration, and other related areas.
  • Proven expertise in optimization tools like CAMEO and CONCERTO.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Analytical and critical thinking capabilities, as well as stakeholder management skills.
