Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key player in our marketing strategy, you will be responsible for cultivating relationships with influencers across various social media platforms.

Your primary focus will be on negotiating contracts, ensuring seamless execution of influencer marketing campaigns, and collaborating with account managers and clients to develop strategies that align with brand objectives, target audience, and KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate Talent Relationships: Identify and onboard influencers who resonate with our objectives.
  • Maintain Strong Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers as the primary point of contact for all communication and coordination.
  • Influencer Marketing Strategies: Collaborate with account managers and clients to develop influencer marketing strategies that align with brand objectives, target audience, and KPIs.
  • Contract Negotiation: Draft and negotiate contracts, agreements, and deliverables with influencers, ensuring all terms and conditions are met.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements regarding influencer partnerships and sponsored content.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or related roles.
  • Social Media Knowledge: Strong understanding of social media platforms, influencer ecosystems, and digital marketing trends.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Time Management: Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-Solving: Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Attention to Detail: Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Influencer Marketing Platforms: Experience with influencer marketing platforms and analytics tools is a plus.
