Job Role:

Content Solutions Expert

Lead the conceptualization, development, and deployment of content management solutions utilizing IBM FileNet P8 and related technologies.

  • Design and implement scalable content management systems.
  • Oversee end-to-end content lifecycle management including capture, storage, retrieval, and archival.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Manage digital communication workflows and ensure seamless integration with enterprise systems.
  • Oversee project delivery, timelines, and stakeholder communication.
  • Conduct performance tuning, troubleshooting, and upgrades of content platforms.
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Essential Skills
  • Strong hands-on experience with IBM FileNet P8, Content Navigator, and Case Manager.
  • Solid understanding of Enterprise Content Management principles.
  • Experience in workflow automation, document management, and business process management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability in project management, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership.
  • Familiarity with integration of ECM systems with other enterprise applications.
  • Knowledge of digital communication platforms and strategies.
