We are seeking a skilled Professional to join our team.

About the Role
  • Develop innovative proposals for software development and implement improvements in application performance.
  • Evaluate large-scale projects and design/develop applications on Pega Platform 8.x components.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and customers to understand requirements and develop tailored solutions.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
  • Lead Pega upgrade programs and configurations/deployments.
Tech Skills Required
  • In-depth knowledge of Pega Platform 8.x, including Application Structure, Data Management, Process Automation, UI/UX Components, Decisioning Components, Security Components, Deployment, Reporting.
  • Proficiency in direct capture of objectives (DCO) methodology, integration rules (SOAP, REST, MQ, JMS, Kafka), PEGA rules (Decision rules, Declarative rules, Data pages, Validation rules, Data transforms and Activities, Flows and Flow Actions, Queue processors and job schedulers, Layouts, Report definitions, Multivariate circumstancing).
