Job Title: BIM Modeller MEP

We are seeking a skilled BIM Modeller MEP to join our team in creating detailed models from drawings, sketches and calculations for various construction projects.

The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive knowledge in developing detailed models for MEP, LV, Fire Fighting, PHE services, encompassing architectural design, civil engineering elements, interior fit-out and landscape works.

  • Develop detailed Revit models and construction documentation for MEP, LV, Fire Fighting, PHE services from schematic design through construction phases for architecture, interior and landscape design schemes.
  • Closely collaborate with architects, design engineers, interior designers, and project managers to understand design intent and project requirements.
  • Proficiency in using BIM authoring tools to provide technical support to the project team.
  • Set up linked models and coordinate models across disciplines.
  • FOLLOW established BIM execution plans and adhere to project specific documentation. Ensure models follow established standards and goals in the BIM execution plan.
  • Create discipline specific BIM system families for projects.
  • Generate accurate floor plans, sections, details, schedules and quantity take-offs.
  • Ensure in development of coordinated and clash-free models in coordination with the design team.
  • Ensure all models comply with project design intent, relevant building codes, standards and project specifications.
  • Maintain and organize Revit project files, libraries, and standards.
  • Assist in the review of shop drawings and submittals for compliance with contract documents.
  • Stay updated on the latest Revit software updates, industry trends, and best practices.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Diploma in MEP Engineering Design.
  • Fresher to 8 years of experience as a Revit Modeller with a strong portfolio demonstrating experience in modelling MEP services in architectural and interior fit-out projects.
  • Ability to take lead in resolving issues and challenges.
  • Expert proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD.
  • Strong understanding of construction documents, detailing, and building materials.
  • Familiarity with relevant building codes and standards.
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, MEP drawings.
  • Strong attention to accuracy and details.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work with multi-disciplinary team.
