Forescout Technologies Inc: Treasury Analyst Role

We seek a skilled Treasury Analyst to support our Treasury team. Key responsibilities include managing bank portals, processing daily payment activities, and monitoring accounts for payment execution and reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bank Portal Management: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to manage bank portals, particularly at JPMorgan Chase and Citi.
  • Execute daily payment activities related to vendors, payroll, employee expenses, and intercompany funding.
  • Ensure payment execution aligns with Treasury segregation of duties policy and provide an appropriate backup to verify payment requests before initiation and/or release.
  • Monitor bank accounts for successful payment execution and resolve any further action needed.
  • Global Payment Expertise: Serve as a point of contact for payment status inquiries from internal and external parties, and assist with liquidity management and cash movement among 18+ entities.
  • Bring inconsistencies and problems to management's attention, and communicate with financial institutions, accounting, and management as needed to research and resolve issues.
  • Manage daily banking transactions and corporate disbursements, and assist in opening and closing accounts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a related field preferred.
  • 4+ years of experience in a Treasury-related position.
  • Banking website expertise, particularly with CITIDirect and ACCESS, is a plus.
  • Highly detail-oriented, with advanced MS Excel skills, excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills, and the ability to work cooperatively with all employees, management, and external vendors.
  • Proven organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with a self-motivated and directed approach to effectively prioritize and execute tasks.
