Service Designer

We are seeking a skilled Service Designer to join our team. As a Service Designer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering innovation programs for corporate clients.

  • This includes creating tailored innovation programs and detailed proposals that align with client-specific needs, constraints, and organizational objectives.
  • You will also conduct stakeholder interviews, facilitate service design workshops, and identify opportunities where human-centered innovation can drive value.
Responsibilities:
  • Innovation Program Design & Management- Create innovative solutions that meet client goals.
  • Research and Stakeholder Engagement- Gather insights from stakeholders to inform strategic directions.
  • Conduct user research and derive insights to create qualitative analysis reports and insights documentation.
  • Provide methodology support to corporate teams in the different phases of each project.
  • Identify opportunities where service design and human-centered innovation can add client value.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience as a designer in the innovation space.
  • Master user-centered design methodologies at every step of the service design process.
  • Strong facilitation skills for workshops and training sessions.
  • Exceptional ability to synthesize qualitative insights into actionable strategies.
  • Understanding of technological trends and challenges.
