Senior Risk Assessor

We are seeking an experienced Senior Risk Assessor to join our team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

  • Evaluate complex risk profiles using the 4 Cs of Credit – Character, Capacity, Capital, and Collateral.
  • Conduct detailed credit report reviews for accurate risk assessments.
  • Analyze income calculation, debt-to-income ratio assessment, loan-to-value ratio evaluation, asset calculation, and PITI review.
  • Maintain compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for smooth processing and decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3.5 years of experience in risk assessment (live/end-to-end).
  • Strong knowledge of credit report review, DTI, LTV, PITI, income & asset calculations.
  • Excellent analytical and decision-making skills with high accuracy.
  • Comfortable working in a UK shift environment.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end case ownership.
  • Risk assessment using the 4 Cs of Credit.
  • Compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in mortgage underwriting.
  • Knowledge of credit report review, DTI, LTV, PITI, income & asset calculations.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
