Procurement Lead Job

This role serves as a key interface between global/regional sourcing, R&D, and the business unit to ensure robust delivery of productivity, innovation, and supply continuity goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead external manufacturing sourcing and responsible for spend management, development, and execution of sourcing strategies in line with the company's vision.
  • Interact with cross-functional stakeholders to manage spend and suppliers in accordance with commitments.
  • Negotiate and own contracts for spend and ensure controls/compliance for the same.
  • Help to bring outside insights, generate data from bid events, prepare supplier negotiation materials, support project execution, and supplier relationship management.
  • Lead and build a future-ready supplier network/pool to maintain competitiveness externally.

About You:

  • 12+ years of relevant work experience and a desire to drive your future and accelerate your career with experience and knowledge in Relationship & Stakeholder Management, Commercial Acumen, Eye for Technical details.
  • Strong financial and business acumen, project management skills, and willingness to learn about manufacturing as a spend.
  • Able to analyze and visualize data and work on scenario analysis with relevant stakeholders.
