Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Media Strategist to join our team as an Associate Director/Director. The ideal candidate will have expertise in developing and executing sound media strategies that drive optimal budget utilization, campaign objectives, and cross-channel optimizations.

Key responsibilities include acting as a subject matter expert in specific areas of media strategy and planning, leading related initiatives, and integrating them throughout the agency. Additionally, you will oversee all deliverables produced by your team, own the development of quality standards for planning deliverables, collaborate with other team leads, lead non-client-specific projects, manage team members responsible for quality control, serve as the point of escalation for team issues, participate in new business pitches, build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, take a proactive approach to capacity and resource management, foster a culture of teamwork, motivate and lead internal teams, promote account management best practices, and identify opportunities for process and product optimization.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Skills:

  • Ability to forecast expected outcomes of brand and ROI campaigns and manage spend accordingly.
  • Proven expertise with relevant platform tools such as DoubleClick Bid Manager, Google Adwords tools, Facebook tools, and media research tools like Comscore, GWI, TGI, etc.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
  • Exceptional client relationship and management skills.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
  • Detail-oriented, responsive, and deadline-driven with strong quantitative reasoning skills.

Qualifications:
