About the Role:
As an Odoo implementation specialist, you will work closely with clients to analyze their business requirements and implement efficient solutions using Odoo ERP systems.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business processes to identify areas for improvement and provide expert ERP consulting services to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Configure and customize Odoo modules, workflows, and integrations to meet client needs.
- Conduct gap analyses and recommend optimized solutions to improve business outcomes.
- Develop process documentation and training materials for clients.
- Provide end-user support, troubleshoot issues, and conduct training sessions as needed.
- Collaborate with clients to enhance ERP functionality and stay updated with industry trends and best practices.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with effective communication capabilities.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
- Basic project management and multitasking skills with a focus on delivering results.
- Knowledge of key business domains, including E-Commerce, Manufacturing, HR, CRM, Sales, Purchase, Warehouse, and Accounting.
Experience Requirements:
A minimum of 2 years of experience in Odoo implementation, customization, and consulting.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, IT, or a related field.
Tech Stack:
Odoo (Open ERP), ERP Systems, and relevant software applications.
