Responsibilities:
- Deploy software updates, patches, and security policies for application software and agents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement secure and reliable endpoint solutions.
- Rapidly respond to unplanned events and resolve critically urgent issues.
- Work closely with vendors to troubleshoot and resolve application issues.
- Create detailed documentation and runbooks for supporting and using endpoint solutions.
- Contribute to the development of automated processes for repeatable work.
- Monitor the health of our applications to ensure performance, availability, security, and capacity.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
Requirements:
- 8-11 years of experience providing technical engineering support in an enterprise environment.
- Minimum 6-8 years of experience administering endpoint solutions for servers (Windows and Linux) and workstations (Windows, Linux, and Apple).
- Familiarity with agile methodology and Jira.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow.
