Job Overview

We are seeking a Transition Expert to manage complex transitions and drive business growth.

  • Manage active transitions, ensuring timely completion within given timelines while maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Serve as the customer's single point of contact for all questions, decisions, actions, and updates.
  • Support projects as the first escalation point for internal and customer issues.
  • Drive governance calls and meetings for internal and customer updates.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Plan, conduct, and manage relevant trainings for the transitions team.
  2. Participate in or conduct assessments to gauge the training needs of the team.
  3. Understand strategic business objectives of the customer and facilitate the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  4. Contribute to the creation and review of transition solutions for RFPs/RFIs and pre-sales support as needed.
  5. Identify and define business cases; develop detailed project charters, plans, and transition plans based on solution complexity, priorities, and deliverables.
  6. Combine process migration activities with IT implementation to provide a distinct advantage to customers.
  7. Optimize the transition methodology by reducing time, costs, risks, and retaining/improving quality.
  8. Manage risk – understand business and operational risks, develop mitigation plans, and drive process-specific business continuity planning.
  9. Responsible for creating and/or maintaining project management documents, including status reports, project plans, knowledge transfer documentation, and requisite approvals.
  10. Participate in opportunity analysis/due diligence of potential projects and support solutioning of new bids/RFP-RFI responses/client presentations and sales cycles.
Requirements

10+ years of experience in IT transitions (preferably from BPO/BPM background). Education: Graduate/Post Graduate.
