About this role:

We are seeking a skilled engineer to join our team in maintaining and enhancing production systems. This position is ideal for professionals who have expertise in Java and Spring Boot and are passionate about solving real-time production issues while contributing to development efforts.

  • Responsibilities: Technical problem-solving, collaboration with the engineering team, daily scrum meetings, customer issue ownership, root cause analysis, tool building, and timely issue resolution.

Expertise you'll bring:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 6+ years of experience in technical product support type roles.
  • Experience working as an L3 escalation engineer taking care of complex customer issues.
  • Software development experience using Java technologies.
  • Good understanding and working experience of MySQL/MariaDB/RDBMS and database concepts.
  • Good understanding and working experience of Microservice architecture environments on AWS.
  • Experience troubleshooting and helping with root cause analysis for customer/support/field reported issues.
