Transformation Data Insights Specialist

The Transformation Data Insights Specialist is responsible for providing actionable insights and data-driven decision support to guide and measure progress of transformation activities. This role focuses on the data and financial aspects of transformational programs across the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for tracking progress of transformation activities
  • Ensure high standards and cadence of reporting across the transformation program
  • Monitor and report financials related to transformation projects, in alignment with FP&A and P&C Analytics teams
  • Develop and implement software and online tracking tools to link transformation initiatives to financial outcomes and other non-financial success criteria
  • Support preparation of Transformation Leadership and other key stakeholders' meetings, ensuring efficient, informed, and effective decision making and steering
  • Present data-driven insights and ideas for discussion, turning complex concepts into simple language for any stakeholder
  • Support program managers and business owners in developing project plans and ensuring successful transformation initiative realization, coordinating workstreams, timelines, and priorities, and driving continuous pace and momentum in the transformation program

Required Competencies

  • Proficiency in financial and data analysis
  • Effective presentation skills with the ability to present complex concepts and financial information in a clear and concise manner
  • Ability to manage projects and priorities in a changing environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Continuous learner, eager to become proficient in project management and reporting/dashboarding tools
  • Effective problem-solving skills, with the ability to explore all feasible avenues before escalation
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a changing environment

Qualifications and Experience

  • Master's degree in business administration, finance, IT, or a related field
  • 2-5 years of experience in financial analysis, business intelligence, corporate finance, M&A, or similar roles
  • Effective analytical skills, capable of working both independently and collaboratively
  • A track record of successful project delivery, managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience in PowerBI or similar tools for reporting and data analysis is desired
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, experience with financial software a plus
