As a Senior Genome Analyst, you will be part of a dynamic team that collaborates with experts to analyze and interpret molecular genetic results, NGS analysis, and genetic diagnostic testing. Your responsibilities will include:
- Interpreting HLA & Chimerism test results
- Collaborating with the genome analyst team and customer support to close projects and test orders within tight timelines
- Liaising with sales and business development teams to address customer queries
- Managing laboratory information management system (LIMS) status and ensuring timely delivery of clinical reports
To excel in this role, you will require a strong educational background in Human Genetics or Molecular Biology, along with 3+ years of experience in molecular genetics analysis and interpretation. Required Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Human Genetics or Molecular Biology or relevant studies
- 3+ years of experience in analysis and interpretation of molecular genetic results: HLA & Chimerism
- Report writing, clinical report generation, and turnaround time maintenance
- Management of LIMS status
- Close collaboration with the management team and sales force to continuously improve our services
- Providing consultations on specific projects
- Publishing clinical and laboratory findings in peer-reviewed journals
