As a visionary Graphic Design Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of print media materials, including brochures, catalogs, flyers, and promotional communications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of designers and quality assurance specialists to create production-ready assets for digital and print media.

Project Management:
  • Oversee the production process to ensure timely completion and adherence to project requirements.

Quality Assurance:
  • Implement and maintain rigorous quality control processes to ensure design outputs meet high standards.
  • Address any design discrepancies or quality issues promptly and effectively.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to maintain quality standards.
Operational Efficiency:
  • Create templates and style guides as required for new projects.
  • Develop and implement strategic design operations plans to enhance team productivity and overall project success.
  • Help execute standardized workflows and processes for print media design projects, from concept to final delivery.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and technologies to keep the team at the forefront of design innovation.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
  • Act as a primary point of contact for all design-related inquiries and requests.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to discuss designs and design processes.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 6-7 years of experience in graphic design and print media, with extensive experience in creating promotional content.
  • Expertise in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Commitment to quality and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
