About the Role

We're looking for a proactive IT Support Analyst to play a vital role in our organisation's IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical assistance to both internal and external clients
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues involving hardware and software
  • Configure, deploy and support end-user computing
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in IT Support
  • Familiarity with healthcare applications and systems
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Workstation build experience
  • Experience working with HL7 integration engines
  • Familiarity with DICOM standards
