  • At least 2 years of experience in video editing or post-production.">
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree from a reputable institution with 1-2 years of experience in Communication, Media, or related field.">
  • A strong portfolio showcasing versatility in editing styles and storytelling.">
  • Proficiency in editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools.">
  • A keen eye for pacing, rhythm, transitions, and overall visual storytelling.">

  • Colour Grading Expertise: Strong understanding of color theory and ability to give footage a cinematic look.">
  • Sound Design Basics: Ability to sync and create ambient effects.">
  • Green Screen Know-How: Confidence with chroma keying and background replacements.">
  • Multicam Experience: Ability to sync and cut footage from multiple camera angles.">
  • Workflow Efficiency: Use of templates, LUTs, presets, and other productivity hacks.">
  • Subtitles & Voiceovers: Familiarity with adding multilingual captions and VO integration.">
