Senior Audit Professional

At our company, you will be part of a diverse team of talented audit professionals working on various projects and engagements. Your role will involve designing and executing audit procedures based on the client's business, risks it faces, and internal control processes.

  • Plan, execute and monitor audit engagements.
  • Prepare work papers which record and summarize audit procedures performed.
  • Perform analytical procedures on significant accounts, setting expectations, determining variance thresholds, and investigating differences beyond expectations.
  • Perform tests of details for various components of financial statements.
  • Assist in preparing draft financial statements including footnotes.
  • Serve as a participant/team lead on communication with engagement teams/clients.

You will have opportunities to develop a good understanding of sources of accounting and auditing literature and stay up-to-date with industry standards and best practices.

Requirements and Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with:

  • Knowledge of Indian accounting and auditing standards or knowledge of IFRS / UK GAAP / US GAAP and International auditing standards.
  • Working experience with Big 4 or mid-tier accounting firms focused on external or statutory audits.
  • Detailed knowledge and hands-on experience of MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to quickly form strong working relationships with colleagues in India and global teams.
