Seeking an accomplished Flutter developer to spearhead the creation of cutting-edge mobile applications. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Dart, Flutter 2.10+, and API integration, as well as experience working with Firebase, Google Maps, and Mapbox SDKs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop end-to-end driver-side workflows, including job alerts, accept/reject functionality, and in-app navigation.
  • Build stateful UI screens for trip status, fatigue timers, earnings, wallet management, proof-of-trip documentation, and waybills.

Integration & State Management :

  • Collaborate with Firebase (Auth, Push, Realtime Chat) to create seamless user experiences.
  • Develop dynamic pricing logic, handle wallet deductions, and integrate Stripe payments (GPay, Apple Pay).
  • Establish strong connections with backend APIs (JSON, REST) to consume booking engines, dispatch logic, notifications, and trip reallocation.

Testing & Delivery :

  • Write maintainable, modular code using BLoC or Provider.
  • Ensure stable builds across Android & iOS platforms with platform-specific fixes.
  • Participate in UAT testing, bug reporting, and final product delivery.

Requirements :

  • 1- 2 years of production-grade Flutter experience.
  • Must have worked on at least one delivery or rideshare-style app (proof or demo required).
  • Proficient in : Dart, Flutter 2.10+, API integration, and state management (BLoC/Provider).
  • Familiarity with Git and CI/CD is essential.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced sprint environment with minimal guidance.

Bonus Requirements (Highly Regarded) :

  • Experience with VOIP calling / chat integrations.
  • Knowledge of heatmaps or location-based dispatch.
  • Ability to handle fleet/multi-vehicle apps.
  • Unit testing skills with Flutter.
  • Strong portfolio with 1 or more apps live in the Play Store.
