As a Senior/Lead UX Designer, you will help our customers get value from the designs they have created. You will partner closely with cross-functional team members to craft industry-leading designs, creating user flows, wireframes, pixel perfect designs, and prototypes along the way.

Your role includes:

  • Contribute to the user experience of the design-to-life flow from conception to launch, utilizing user-centered design methods.
  • Be hands-on at every stage of the design process, creating user flows, wireframes, pixel perfect designs, and prototypes.
  • Partner with data, consumer insights, and UX research partners for foundational guidance on product direction.
  • Present concepts to immediate and cross-functional team members with confidence and an open mind to feedback and constructive criticism.

Qualifications:

  • 4-8 years of experience designing digital products as a UX or Product Designer, preferably in the B2C e-commerce space.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing UX and design skills through multiple case studies demonstrating user-centered and innovative design solutions.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional peers, including designers, product managers, and engineers.
