We are seeking a seasoned Technical Lead to oversee the implementation and management of Oracle HFM solutions. This role will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, driving technical initiatives, and ensuring timely delivery of financial consolidation, reporting, and close cycles.

This is a 6-month contract position with the opportunity to work remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead teams in implementing and managing Oracle HFM solutions across complex environments.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business outcomes, improve system performance, and enhance data quality.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design, implement, and maintain metadata management, business rules, and data integration techniques.
  • Analyze complex financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to finance and business stakeholders.
  • Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with corporate standards throughout the close cycle.
  • Liaise with vendors, internal teams, and external partners to resolve technical issues and optimize processes.

The ideal candidate will possess:

Technical Skills
  • 10-12 years of experience in Oracle HFM, including at least 4+ years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Deep expertise in HFM administration, including system configuration, performance tuning, and issue resolution.
  • Strong understanding of metadata management, business rules, and data integration techniques.
  • Experience working with FDMEE, Smart View, and other Oracle EPM suite tools.
Soft Skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving system and process inefficiencies.
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across global teams and influence decision-making.
  • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams in a global support environment.
