Key Responsibilities

We are looking for a skilled Visual Merchandising expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing store displays and window displays that maximize product sales.

The successful candidate will be the main point of contact for all VM related aspects, working closely with various teams to achieve business objectives. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing visual merchandising plans across multiple stores, ensuring consistency and coherence throughout.
  • Working with vendors to source materials and display elements that meet brand standards.
  • Creating floor plans and designs that maximize space and layout, enhancing the overall shopping experience.
  • Maintaining high standards of visual merchandising across all stores, ensuring compliance with company guidelines.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3-6 years' experience in visual merchandising, preferably in an exclusive outlet business.
  • Ability to manage big teams and collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel regularly for work, visiting different cities and stores as needed.
