Responsibilities

This role involves:

  • Assisting the Vice President - Business Development and CMD with matters pertaining to Business Development, Land Acquisition, Legal and Liaison for necessary Approvals
  • Analysing potential real estate transactions
  • Exploring new business opportunities that meet the company's goals and objectives

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Initial Due Diligence of the land parcels in terms of location advantages, buildability norms/restrictions, understanding on the title, and analysing the Development potential
  • Liaison and coordination with external consultants and internal stakeholders
  • Understanding the location, tracking completion by carrying out market research- primary as well as using tools/softwares available with the company

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Good analytical and organisational skills, ability to multi-task
  • High adaptability to new situations and challenges
