Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Analysis: Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to identify areas for improvement and optimize financial processes.

  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and manage budgets and forecasts to ensure alignment with business objectives.

  • Reporting and Compliance: Prepare accurate and timely financial reports to stakeholders, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 8-10 years of experience in business partnering, preferably in the US MNC industry.

  • Chartered Accountant or MBA in Finance degree.

  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills, with knowledge of Mandarin being an advantage.

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint.

  • Awareness of Oracle Cloud, Atlas usage.
